Sewage Backup:

The first thing you should do if you experience a sewage backup is to call the City of London Ohio Wastewater Department during normal business hours (7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday – Friday).

The phone number to call is 740-852-0279.

After hours, weekends, and holidays or if you fail to get a response at the Wastewater Department number, call the City’s Police Dispatch non-emergency number at 740-852 -1111 who will contact the on-call person for response. During sewer backup situations, please do not rely on voice or e-mail messages as these are generally only reviewed during normal business hours.
