Mr. Courter joined the City of London as Income Tax Director in May 2004. Prior to becoming London’s Income Tax Director, Mr. Courter spent over 20 years in corporate banking and also consulted for several businesses and industries including The Ohio State University and the U.S. Department of Defense. 

Mr. Courter is assisted in the Income Tax Department by Ms. Amy Marsh Assistant Income Tax Director and Ms. Tina Boggs Income Tax Specialist. Ms. Marsh joined the Income Tax Department in August 2004 with a background in the banking industry and Ms. Boggs joined the Income Tax Department in February 2006 with a background in the insurance industry.
