Department Opens Seasonal Employement Search

The London Parks and Recreation Department will begin accepting applications for seasonal employement on Tuesday, January 2, 2007 announced the director's office.

The Department will hire 33-36 employees during the summer months (June-August). Positions available include; camp directors, municipal pool admission clerks, concession clerks, lifeguards, and facility managers.

Applications are due on Friday, March 30th, and can be submitted to the Parks and Recreation director's office at 102 1/2 South Main Street. Interested applicants may pick up an application at the recreation offices or the city administrative offices. You may also download a printable application online. Applicants must be the age of 14 prior to Memorial Day to be eligible to work with the department of parks and recreation, and must be 15 years of age to be eligible to complete the American Red Cross life saving exam.
