The City of London has become well known for its many festivals and fun events will take place every year.

Come join us. London also has the "Madison County Historical Museum" which will be having a "Jonathan Alder Day" on Sept. 15th, from     12:00 - 5:00 pm, and also "Christmas at the Museum" on Nov. 24th from 1:00 - 4:00 pm. 

Join us for the fun rides and games... and all the yummy strawberries! Be sure not to miss the Queens’ Parade on Saturday morning. See you there!

The Strawberry Festival Event Runs all weekend
June 20-22 2013

This is your chance to become immersed in the Cobra experience. See lots of different makes and color combinations; including Cobra's, Daytona Coupe's and GT40 replicas. Hear the rumble from June 22 2013 9am till 3pm

The London Silver Cornet Band performs numerous concerts during the year including at the Cowling Park gazebo on Main Street in London. Early incarnations of the band performed in the park in June - 100 years ago. The present day group recreates several of those numbers. Director Thomas Lloyd reads excerpts from the newspapers of June 1909.

Summer Dates to be announced for 2013

The Downtown London Association puts on a "First Fridays" Event from May to September each year. Specific activities have varied from our Ribs & Jazz Fest, DLA Car Shows, DLA Art Walks, London Pep Rally and the Chili Cook-Off.

Check the Downtown London OH Association  web site regularly for event schedule updates.

Join in the family FUN all day and enjoy the fireworks at night! Our annual event is community sponsored and located at London High School on Elm Street (State Route 38).

Meet us on July 3, 2013 for the Fun and Celebration!

Since the Bicentennial Committee has reverted to a as needed mode there is need for a community group to take over the 4th of July parade for 2013 and beyond. This community should continue the tradition.

Madison County is home to the Madison County fair held in July of each year. During the remaining months, the fairgrounds is host to truck/tractor pulls, swap meets, auctions, livestock shows and more.

Several buildings are available for event rentals.

This year's County Fair runs July 7-13 2013

Rib and Jazz Festival brings the party to downtown London Ohio! Enjoy the Jazzed Up LIVE Music and that sweet smell of barbecue well into the night as we celebrate in the streets. London, Ohio is a town rich in history and community. This year the festival expands to two days.

The Olde Fashioned Christmas annual event will consist of carriage rides along Main Street in the downtown up to Cowling Park. The downtown businesses and many non-profit organizations hold open house with refreshments and special holiday pricing. Many local London businesses and churches participate in this family event. It is a time when we open our arms and hearts to embrace family, friends, and cherished memories that have become not just a part of ourselves but also have become interwoven with this great place we call home.

December 2, 2013 - Streets close at 5pm carriage rides begin at 6pm on the  Monday after Thanksgiving each year.

There will be additional activities in the community center.
