Program Registration

NEW REGISTRATION GUIDELINES ESTABLISHED

The Parks and Recreation Department has set new registration guidelines for the year of 2006. The guidelines include specifications for adult leagues, special event and tournamet registration, along with youth program grant opportunities.

Adult League Registration

• Teams must complete league application on or prior to the final registration deadline.
• 50% of the league registration fee is required to be paid prior to the opening week of play.
• The remaining 50% of the league fee must be paid on the second day of league play.
• Online registration requires a 100% fee to be paid at time of registration.
• If the following steps are not taken, teams will not be permitted to participate or will forfeit games until the league fee is paid in full. The initial 50% league registration fee is non-refundable after the first week of play has been completed

Special Event and Tournament Registration

• Teams must complete event application on or prior to the final registration deadline.
• 100% of the event registration fee is required to be paid prior to the first game or activity of the event.

Youth Program Grants

• Grants are available for you ages 13-under that need financial asssistants in order to participate in recreation activities
• Grants are only available for individual events

ADULT SPRING LEAGUE REGISTRATION

The Department of Parks and Recreation reserves the right to deny any team application to joining a recreation league if unsportsmanlike conduct has been reported in previous years in City of London Parks and Recreation event.

The Director's office has announced the program fees for fall adult regreation leagues along with the registration deadlines of each particular league.

Online Registration

To register online for any Adult Athletic League please click on the Online Registration link for convenience, and guarentee your team to be accepted into league play.

Mail Registration

If you will not be registering online you are able to print out the registration form by clicking on the Mail Registration link and able to fax or mail your team's registration to the Parks and Recreation office along with submitting a check or money order.

Registration Deadline

Deadline to register for each of the spring athletic leagues is scheduled for Monday, March 5th. Any team that attempts to register after that time will not be accepted.
