Parks and Recreation Commission and Committee The Parks and Recreation Commission is appointed by the Mayor of London, Ohio - David Eades. Commission member's are on three year terms, and are often invited to continue their involvement with the Department. The Parks and Recreation Commission a group of three members that help set the regulations, rules, and guidelines of programs and facilities that the department offers to the public. If you are interested in becoming a member of the Parks and Recreation Commission in the future please contact the Parks and Recreaiton office or the City Administration office (740-852-3243). The Parks and Recreation Committe is a duo of city council representitives that are appointed by the City Council president annually to help become the liason between the department and the entire group of city council.
